The International Maritime Organization (IMO), through its Committee on Technical Cooperation and Implementation, has sent an invitation to participate in the Distance Learning Course "Uniform Implementation and Control of the Sulphur Content Limit (MARPOL Annex VI)" offered by the Kingdom of Spain.
