RED MAMLa LAUNCHES A PILOT MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

In order to contribute to personal and professional development through the creation of links with young professionals from the region in the maritime, port and logistics sector, Red MAMLA developed the Pilot Mentoring Program: "Sharing experiences with the future leaders of tomorrow".

The main objective is to share experiences, guide, advise and transmit technical knowledge to students of maritime, port and logistics careers in Latin American countries. The program also aims to advise young professionals about the different careers related to maritime industry activities and about the job opportunities that are currently trending.

This pilot program will last approximately 10 weeks and is aimed at students (regardless of gender), young professionals who have recently graduated and/or professionals in the maritime industry who are interested in broadening their vision and development perspectives in the sector from the perspective of professional and successful women in the maritime, port and logistics sector.

The trainees must be linked to maritime, port and logistics careers, where the role they play as important actors towards the sustainable future of the sector will be encouraged, when acting towards the objectives of training, empowerment, visibility and recognition in the maritime industry.
