MAMLas AT THE HELM: NAVIGATING TOWARDS A SEA OF SUCCESSES

Within the Dominican Republic Navy, the Naval Command of Port Captaincy and Maritime Authority is the entity that works to ensure compliance with international laws and conventions in the country's aquatic, coastal and port areas.

Our alternate member Estrellita Encarnación has been working there for more than 3 years.

Estrellita Encarnación is one of the youngest members of our organization. She is currently a law student at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.

In the path of professional development, her restless spirit has led her to take different complementary courses such as customer service and English, among others.

In her short years of service in the Dominican Republic Navy, she has already managed to stand out as the first woman as Maritime Security.

In addition, she works as a Deep Draught Vessel Inspector as a Port State Rector.

Estrellita, in your short years of service, you have already shown a high commitment and professionalism in every task you face.
