COFFEE WITH MAMLA, BLUER SEAS FOR A SUSTAINABLE PLANET.

On December 4, 2020, Red MAMLa, presented its second event Café con MAMLa, inspired by the global maritime motto for 2020 “A sustainable maritime transport for a sustainable planet.” The event was aimed at the entire maritime community and raised a panel of specialists with the participation of Carlos Salgado, Head of the Technical Cooperation Section for Latin America and the Caribbean of the IMO, as well as women specialists in technical matters belonging to maritime authorities of the Region, who presented their diverse opinions on the most relevant topics related to sustainability, and how maritime authorities are preparing to lead the imminent environmental change More than 22 countries were present.

Café con MAMLa, is an open space for women from maritime authorities and guests to discuss gender, professional and technical issues, which promote the leadership of our members.
