I Meeting of Directors of the Latin American Maritime Authorities (DAMLa)
The First Meeting of Directors of the Latin American Maritime Authorities (DAMLa) will provide a platform to strengthen coordination, promote the harmonized implementation of the instruments of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), and advance shared maritime priorities across the Latin American region.
Over the course of three days, participating authorities will have the opportunity to share experiences, exchange best practices, identify common challenges, and strengthen regional cooperation, contributing to a shared vision for the development and management of the Latin American maritime sector.
The program will also include a specialized workshop on inclusive leadership, gender equality, institutional culture, and capacity building for Maritime Administrations, promoting a comprehensive approach to leadership and institutional management.
